Cleaning Inquiry

Our rates reflect a home/apartment/office that has been deemed to be in a “normal state”. If the property has not been maintained by the owner/occupant, or in a condition proven to be in an advanced state of neglect, we will advise you prior to starting the cleaning that an hourly rate per cleaner will have to be substituted.

 Our rates based on bedroom count relates to the size of the home/apartment’s kitchen and living areas. Any rooms such as offices, dens, rec rooms, and extra living rooms are included in the bedroom count. This is for move in/out cleanings.

 In the event of finding a miscount of rooms upon a cleaner’s arrival other than what was indicated at the time of booking, Get Bent Solutions Inc. reserves the right to update the pricing.
